But the mentorship role is so important." ~ Bryan Springer [18:15] - "Do what you're interested in and give a lot to that aspect. But don't neglect that you can get involved in something that's not your strong suit, build your comfort level within that area, and contribute a ton." ~ Bryan Springer [29:19] - "If you want to see personal and professional growth outside of what you do in your practice, being involved in hip and knee societies, anywhere from the state to the national level, is great. And the thing that's so rewarding about it is you work with people aligned with your same mission, vision, and goals." ~ Bryan Springer Links Bryan Springer on LinkedIn OrthoCarolina Brigham and Women's Hospital Mayo Clinic Atrium Health Musculoskeletal Institute American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons The AAOS American Joint Replacement Registry Thomas Fehring The Hip Society The Knee Society North Carolina Orthopaedic Association Southern Orthopaedic Association Eastern Orthopaedic Association Connect with our hosts Brad on LinkedIn Kameron on LinkedIn Subscribe and stay in touch Apple Podcasts Spotify Google Podcasts Financial advisors for orthopedic surgeons We believe orthopedic surgeons deserve a financial advisor who is a specialist, not a generalist.
