In this episode I spoke with Gary Flink, CEO and Co-Founder of Excel Physical Therapy. Gary always new that he wanted to build a practice of his own and after only 3 months out of school, he made the leap to start Excel with his business partner Matt Gibble. Excel’s mission was to provide the highest quality care possible, and this didn’t go unnoticed. After opening their first location, Gary and Matt soon found themselves treating top-tier professional athletes.
