[0:01] All right guys, today we're gonna talk about building your team. So when we say build your team, a lot of people automatically assume who you're hiring, who you're putting in your staff, who's gonna work for you. That's not exactly what I'm talking about right now. What I'm really talking about is building a team in healthcare. So this is where you got to go out there and find doctors who are like-minded, chiropractors that are like-minded, whatever your position is, if you're a physical therapist, go find a chiropractor in your area. Go find.
[0:24] Doctors that are in your area that specialize in different things, make inroads, talk to them, get their cell phone numbers. You need to find people that are going to work with you. Nowadays, people don't go around and hit one thing and say, Hey, I'm going to get Physical therapy, and they go to the physical therapist and they get worked on for weeks and weeks and weeks and they don't do anything else. No, people go, they see two different doctors, they go to see a chiropractor, they go see the physical therapist, they try acupuncture, maybe.
[0:46] Getting reiky somewhere, you don't know what's going to happen. The reality is, the more people you know in the community who are like-minded, who have the same goals as you do for the patient, who are patient forward, who are willing to take that extra step and go that extra mile for the patient, the better you're going to look and the easier you're going to be able to communicate. If you can't find the doctor, communicate with them easily. That's my rule of thumb. If I can't text the doctor, I can't get an answer back immediately.
[1:09] Then I, I don't want to work with them because it makes it very, very difficult to manage patient care and to get the results that you need with your patients. So start to look around your area. Here, I'm very blessed. We hire on chiropractic, acupuncturists, Physical therapy. We take more of a multidisciplinary Approach. We have doctors on staff. If you don't have that, that's.
[1:27] OK, look around your area, find doctors you can work with, find doctors who have good reviews, find doctors your patients like and start to work with them. Get their numbers, work together. It'll make all the difference in your practice and it'll make your patients realize that you're really looking out for their best interest. So go out there guys, try to find your people, build your team.
