## Summary

In this powerful episode of _Doctors Eyes Only_, Vestia CEO **Lauren Oschman**, joins guest host and Vestia President **Brad Quick** to sit down with orthopedic surgeon, women’s health advocate, and international ballroom dancer **Dr. Adrienne Towsen**.

Dr. Towsen courageously shares her journey from raising two daughters as a single mom during residency, to navigating the burnout and financial strain of a private equity takeover in orthopedic practice, and ultimately walking away after nearly two decades in the field. In response to these challenges, she co-founded [**The Working Mom**](https://www.theworkingmom.us/), a platform supporting women in healthcare, and authored _Navigating the Life Cycle of Working Moms in Healthcare_ to remind physician moms that they are not alone. She also reveals how ballroom dancing unexpectedly became her passion, offering balance, joy, and renewed purpose as she designed her next chapter.

This inspiring conversation is a testament to resilience and reinvention, and a powerful reminder to physicians that stepping away from an unsustainable path can open the door to true **Wealth That Matters®**.
