She is the Founder of Movement is Life, a multi-stakeholder national coalition committed to health equity to help end what she calls the “vicious cycle.”

Dr. O’Connor is now the Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of [Voya Health](https://www.voyahealth.com), Inc. It’s a stealth-mode healthcare startup with a mission to empower humanity to lead their healthiest life. Voya is creating teams around individual patient’s that focuses on musculoskeletal care and give them easily accessible resources such as a health coach, nutritionist and PT to drive engagement and better outcomes.
