# Bruce Gomberg, MD

Director, Maine Orthopaedic Review

I am an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in joint replacement with interests in surgical navigation, instrumentation design, and surgical healthcare efficiency. My knowledge base is bolstered by my former career as an aerospace ergonomics engineer.
My clinical interests include: partial knee arthroplasty , total knee arthroplasty, hip arthroplasty, knee arthroscopy, and fracture fixation.

As the Director of the Maine Orthopaedic Review, the longest-running orthopaedic surgery review in the USA. Since 1959, nearly one third of all practicing orthopaedists in the US have taken this course with great success. ## Biography

I am an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in arthroplasty and Director of the Maine Orthopaedic Review, the nation's longest running orthopaedic review course, held annually at Colby College, Waterville, Maine.
