									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Until recently Aetna would allow the use of a PEEK cage for ACDF if there was significant kyphosis that needed correction.  Without any explanation they decided to no longer reimburse for the PEEK cage.  I will try to get a denial letter that details this.</p>
