Managing isolated radiculpathy and foraminal stenosis after spine fusion with endoscopy

Below is a 78 yr old patient who had undergone a long construct fusion for degenerative scoliosis and had persistent L5 radiculopathy which was responsive to a L5/S1 TFESI and symptomatic relief 4-6 weeks at a time.

58 year old active female. She was originally discover to have scoliosis at 38 years old.

51 year old male with 10 year history of back pain which got dramatically worsened over the past year. He presents to the office with classic shopping cart gait and inability to walk for more than 10 minutes. He has started to lose urine over the past year.
