In this episode we are going to explore how mood changes can feel like we are on an escalator . . . sometimes a very unwanted escalator. We’ll talk about what brings our mood up, and how to identify the components to re-create it in the future. We’ll also explore how to identify negative mood shifts early on, and then redirecting our power. Escalators are a normal part of life. What’s not normal, and what creates a phenomenal life, is optimizing how/when we use them.
