Without a doubt “Atlas of Full-Endoscopic Spine Surgery” by Christoph Hoffstetter is my go to endoscopic text. I still keep it in my OR bag and often refer to it before cases. This has served me well in starting my endoscopic surgery practice.

Agreed. It’s an excellent textbook. Made a nice discovery when I was searching for this on Google. They now have a website where you can pay a monthly membership fee and access unlimited medical textbooks. Much easier and cost effective than buying them individually.
