Endoscopic L5/S1 Transforaminal Discectomy and Decompression

53 year old male with right lower extremity pain. We performed a right L5/S1 transforaminal discectomy and decompression. Patient was found to have a calcified disc and we were able to successfully decompress the L5 nerve and patient had alleviation of right lower extremity pain.
