Create an Unstoppable Life
Ep #44 – Invitations
Today we are exploring invitations – requests to others to join our path or journey, or to be part of theirs. Sharing an invitation opens up doubt of both where we are at and going. It can bring out uncertainty of how someone will respond, and even invite in some self-criticism when the answer is no. Except . . . none of it has to be this way. We’ll explore what holds us back from sharing and inviting, and how to move forward. Because offering invitations freely moves us farther along the path to a phenomenal life.
Ep #43 – The Kryptonite Response
Even superheroes have weaknesses. . . and we humans are no different. Today we are looking at what creates weakness within us, and how to learn and grow from it. First to understand what happens when our kryptonite appears, and then go deeper and diffuse or extinguish it over time. That’s what moves life from good to phenomenal.
Ep #42 – Solving Problems
Creating a phenomenal life requires taking the road less traveled. The one of personal responsibility and accountability, specifically looking at how we create our problems. From there, we can understand both the problem and ourselves more deeply, leading to amazing and sustainable solutions. This episode is all about that path. Create something more in your life – for your life. This episode will help you.

Ep #40 – Who Are You Becoming?
One simple question has the power to change your mindset and change your life. This episode will show you many ways to use this question to grow your life. . . and ways that I’m applying it in my life right now. Do less, be more, live phenomenally and free. It’s all available to you.
Ep #39 – Going First
Do you find yourself holding back? Waiting for someone else to show up first, before allowing your real or true self to come out? You aren’t alone. . . in fact I think most of us do this. Growing our lives however requires more. It means moving past discomfort, risking vulnerability, and challenging ourselves to put into action what we’ve only been thinking about. You can do it too.
