Episode 37 – The Virtual Trade Show Panel – A Panel of 5 Executives
What does a box truck have to do with Virtual Trade Shows? You will find out in this episode. I gathered 5 executives from the MedTech Leaders Community to discuss Virtual Trade Shows. We review the 2020 Virtual Trade Show experience. We discuss what worked and what didn’t work. Then we talked about solutions and alternatives. Finally, we reviewed our intentions related to virtual trade shows and alternatives in 2021. Trade shows will never be the same. And, our participation will not be the same. Companies are definitely investing in alternatives.
Later in the video cast, Lauren Dustman, BMMG, shared the Virtual Trade Show Decision making matrix that she and her colleagues developed at BMMG to assist their clients. It is a nice tool.
