Melissa Marsocci is the founder and owner of Cornerstone Healthcare Consulting and Management, a company with experience in physician practice startup and development, business operations and strategic planning. She has opened and operated multiple practices as well as turned around others to make them sustainable for the long term. Melissa is driven by her passion for helping dedicated healthcare professionals to do more than just survive in their practice environment.
She graduated from the SUNY Brockport with a Bachelor’s in Science in Healthcare Administration. Her story continues into graduate school at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) where she received a Master’s in Science in Health Systems Administration.
Melissa seeks to maintain a balance between the busy entrepreneur life and spending quality time with her son, Max. In her spare time, she most enjoys watching Max participate in his sporting events.

Cornerstone Healthcare Consulting and Management was founded in 2014 with the intention of providing high-quality healthcare consulting services to physician practices. Cornerstone has been involved with a number of projects, including opening multiple clinics throughout New York State as well as the Greater Philadelphia Region. This company is also experienced in business development and strategic planning, offering a multitude of other services for those looking to improve their clinic’s processes or procedures. With our experience managing these practices, we also have developed a niche for turnaround consulting for struggling practices that need assistance to return to profitability.
We are passionate about good medicine, high standards of care, and doing what is best for the patient. We seek to build relationships with physicians who are passionate about these things as well. Cornerstone builds relationships with physicians who share our vision for high standards of care. We take pride in doing what’s best for the patient by creating solutions that provide opportunities to improve clinical outcomes and reduce costs through operational efficiencies.
