Dr Ruchi Dana is a trained physician and a Stanford MBA. Ruchi sits on multiple Corporate, startup, non-profits and University boards including Dana Group, Dubai, Duluth Medical Technologies Inc, USA, NGO Aaroogya Foundation, India, NGO One Prosper, Canada, and the California State University, Chico, USA Cybersecurity Advisory Board. Ruchi is an advisor to Loyal VC, a Venture Partner at MBX Capital, FundRx and she is on the core committee of American University Dubai (AUD) AEIC-Ui Incubator. Ruchi is also the President, COO of Duluth Medical Tech Inc, a Silicon Valley based Robotic Medtech startup. Duluth is focused to develop intelligent, agile and affordable surgical robots, to improve patient care. Ruchi has also worked with Golden Seeds, an investment firm in New York and New Silk Route Growth Capital, a PE firm in Dubai, she has mainly focused on healthcare related investments at both these firms.
Ruchi has been recognized by Forbes ME as the “Next Gen Business Leader, Arab World” 2017, 2018 and 2019 and Forbes ME Top PowerBusinesswomen 2020. Ruchi has also been recognized by Campden Wealth as the “Women to Watch” and as “Top 75 Family Business Leaders” 2019 by Campden Research (UK).

Ruchi did her MD from JNMCH, AMU and her full-time MBA from Stanford University Stanford Graduate School of Business and is a SSGSA Scholar. Ruchi also received her PMP Certificate in Public Management and Social Innovation from Stanford University and she got US government National Institute of Health (NIH) Grant, with the help of which, she led the Stanford BioDesign Exchange Team to China under the C-IDEA consortium at Stanford. Ruchi is a frequent speaker at various industry conferences in the US, Europe, Middle East, India and South Asia and Ruchi sits on several Corporate and Startup boards
Ruchi has been working on medical devices right through her undergraduate college days and has presented various papers, publications on low-cost medical devices at international conferences.
Ruchi is a sought-out industry expert, thought leader at various Industry conferences, including SALT, SuperReturn, Life Science Nation, Digital Davos, Tech, Investment and Healthcare, ESG conferences in the US, Middle East, Europe and Asia and virtual events. She is a frequent startup judge at numerous VC pitch competitions, Demo days, Accelerators, Incubators, University events (MIT alumni event) etc
