Marching to Zero: Leadership, Vision, and SPD Success
How many unsterile trays are waiting for you every morning when you arrive in Sterile Processing? Do you feel like you’re always playing catch-up, but constantly falling further behind? How? By embracing the concepts of process improvement and lean methodology. They used process flow mapping, spaghetti diagrams, and time studies to reorganize the department into an efficient and safe work area.
