3. Why your hospital should be on TikTok

Today’s episode is a deep dive into social media and a look at why your hospital, or infusion center, or private practice, or physical therapy office should be on social media. Not only why, but what to do to get started and some best practices for increasing your presence and engagement.

Over 200 million people are on social media at least 3 hours every day. So, if you are not taking full advantage you are missing out on a lot of community engagement and business opportunity. Not only that, but as a healthcare provider, you are missing opportunities to help your communities with information and education.

At the time of this recording, we are in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic. While the principles and tactics we discuss will be evergreen, it is important context. Especially as communities look for answers, comfort, and leadership. Social media can be a powerful communication channel.
